How FrictionKiller works
Paste your low-star reviews into Analyze — one review per paragraph. Structural
analysis (free, unlimited, on-device) clusters them into themes and ranks them by
friction score. A smart run additionally writes a plain-language explanation and
a suggested fix for every theme; smart runs use credits.
Credits and purchases
- One credit = one smart run. A credit is spent only when the run
succeeds — failures and cancellations never cost a credit.
- Pro ($6.99/month) refills 25 credits monthly; the balance resets
each renewal. Packs (10/30/100) never expire and are used after the
monthly allotment.
- Purchases not showing? Settings → Restore Purchases. Your balance
lives on your account, so it follows you to any device you sign in on.
- Cancel Pro: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions →
FrictionKiller. Refunds are handled by Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
- Delete everything local: Settings → Delete All Local Data removes
every analysis from your iPhone.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes
your account, credits, and sign-in from our servers.
- Structural analysis never uploads anything; smart runs send only distilled themes
plus a few quotes, processed transiently. Details in the privacy
policy.
