Hearthkeep is designed to be completely private. We built it so your inventory never leaves your device.
None. Hearthkeep has no servers and makes no network connections. Everything you add — item names, values, photos, rooms, serial numbers, and notes — is stored only in the app's private database on your device.
When you attach a photo you choose it through Apple's system photo picker. The app receives only the specific image you pick and stores a copy on your device. Hearthkeep never requests access to your photo library.
None. Hearthkeep contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The optional one-time "Pro" upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment — we never receive or store your payment information.
Because your data lives only on your device, we have no way to access, retrieve, or delete it. You are in full control: delete individual items in the app, or remove everything by deleting Hearthkeep from your device.
Hearthkeep is rated 4+ and safe for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here and within the app.
